Assisted Setup

A feature of all of our hosting plans, Assisted Setup is Livestate and the client working together to setup and configure a hosting account to the client's needs. This service is provided as a courtesy as we understand that not all of our clients possess the technical knowhow to setup their platform, or may simply need some basic assistance getting their site online.

Our Regular Support Commitment is assigned to the Exist Tier of hosting plans. Our level of Commitment to our clients' states:

Dedicated IP Address

If you require an IP address to be added to your account, then you can choose this as an add-on feature for $2/month. If at any stage you wish to include an SSL certificate then please note that a dedicated IP address is required.

Additional Email Accounts

If you require more than the alloted number of email accounts, then you can request additional POP3 email accounts to be added to your web hosting account.

Additional MySQL Database

If at any stage you need to increase the number of MySQL databases allocated to your account, then you can do so by contacting our support department and requesting additional databases to be added.

MySQL5 is included as a standard feature of all our hosting plans; however the quantity of databases is determined by the plan selected. Clients can request additional MySQL databases if they require them.
